- Stand with your feet at hip-width distance.

- Now switch to opposite side and again start for one rep.
3. Chin Ups.
- Hang from pull up bar with underhand grip.
- Hand should be slightly wider thanshoulder width.
- Pull your body up until it touches or crosses the bar.
- Lower your back to start one rep.
