In scientific language it is called stomach cramps now I am going to tell you some tips
I also follow these tips and I have overcome this problem within 7days.I am not telling a lie because it is my duty to provide you good quality of knowledge so that you can outshine the rest.
1. Start Doing crunches 2 Times a Day.
It is the best method to overcome stomach cramps.

2. The second tip is you should eat black peas which have been soaked overnight.
3. Never ever drink water before starting the exercise or before running.
